Curriculum – designing and effectively implementing the PYP pedagogy – integrating all stake holdersCommunication – IB, Parents, Management and school communityMentoring and training the team on a regular basis.School development activities – be an active member in implementing ideas to help school growProcuring resources to support implementation of programmeTeach 10-12 hours

The PYPC Should
experienced ( 7-10 years) in implementing the PYP programmean IBEN preferredhave good communication skillsbe empathic and open mindedbe skilled in educational leadership and able to inspire othersbe Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skillsapproachable and calm with an international mindsetbe innovative, flexible and technologically adapt
