Develop together with the Provincial and Municipal Covide19 vaccination teams the micro vaccination plans

Good quality detailed micro vaccination plans developed

Coordinate together with the Provincial and Municipal Covide19 vaccination teams the implementation of the micro vaccination plans

Vaccination plans implemented and targets met

Coordinate and Supervise the network of Community Health Workers/ADECOS in community mobilization and registration of vaccine beneficiaries. This also includes informing the communities about the benefits of the vaccination

Vaccine beneficiaries registered and beneficiaries understand the importance of being vaccinated

Plan, coordinate and supervise the dislocations of the mobile teams under the supervision and in coordination with the Logistics manager

Mobile teams meet the vaccination targets

Prepare monthly reports

Monthly reports prepared
