Descrição da Vaga: SPIE OIL & Gas Services is looking for a Package Coordinator to join its team offshore in Angola.
As a Package Coordinator, you are in charge of identifying recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements.
Health & Safety Environment :Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and RulesEnsures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan IntegrityOperationsOrganises on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by co-ordinating supervisors.Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),Manages interventions using the CMMS,Enters intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,Takes in charge the turbo packages in case of breakdown until correct operation status.Assists operation team in conducting the turbo machines.
MethodsKeeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and, if need be, suggests improvements,Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts,Suggests improvements and requests modifications.Monitors the functioning of turbo machines, by following important parameters of the packages,Quality AssuranceVerifies the quality of interventions by frequent on-site checks,

Profile :Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,5 to 7 years. experience in the maintenance or operation field on gas turbines, diesel engines, alternators and compression packages Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams,Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others, He must have proven ability as a leader of small teams.Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability.Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust he has in his teams, is essential.
