Descrição da Vaga: A new start UK based domestic cleaning company, is seeking an experienced, results-driven, Sales Specialist, (remote for the UK). Experienced Sales Professional who would be responsible to develop and maintain trust relationships with existing and all potential clients.

Duties Include The Following, But Not Limited To
Able to close deals through incoming calls and enquiriesAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal an external stakeholder using key account metrics
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalentDegree (advantageous)3-5 years’ experience in sales, key accounts, customer service and administration (non-negotiable) – preferably in the service industryExperienced sales professionals who can close the leads and enquiries internally. Able to build strong client relationships. Excellent computer skillsFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationshipsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackSolid lead generation experienceExceptional communication skills in English (clients based in the UK only)
Salary: R 7 500.00 plus a commission structure
