Introduction

The Brand Partner Specialist (BPS) role is a Brand specialized Partner facing role with responsibility for the success of the partners in their territories.Brand Partner Specialist drives brand sales by communicating value-proposition and helping close deals with partners leveraging brand expertise

Co-create committed business plans to drive Brand growth by leveraging partner’s clients, practices, and priorities Activate partners capabilities and capacity by executing a skills enablement plan, co-marketing strategy Influence partner’s sales, technical, and practice leaders to increase adoption and lead with Brand offerings / plays over competitive alternatives Co-sell with partners, enablement at the point of opportunity

Your Role and Responsibilities

Account planning and stakeholder management

Co-create committed business plans with partners, identifying strategic growth areas, revenue objectives, enablement goals, and key milestones to measures successEngage local country/market teams, Digital sales teams, marketing, and technical teams to activate joint plansLaunch local joint prospecting / sales plays with partners

Sales Execution and cross-IBM engagement

Align sales execution, demand generation, and lead passing between IBM Digital and partnersEstablish quarterly partner opportunity roadmap and progression management system to address Client challenges, and progress passed leads from IBM BPS and Digital sellersEngage directly with partners and clients in support of high value engagements and opportunitiesLeverage Ecosystem programs, co-marketing, and ISC/PRM tooling to drive joint demand generation, prospecting, or solution co-creationAugment Partner and client engagements with IBM’s breadth of capabilities to co-create solutions

Required Expertise

5+ years of experience articulating and delivering compelling, industry-focused solutions and value in various industries 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of market in order to connect market trends to the IBM Data & AI portfolio to position compelling transformation solutions to clients3+ years of in-depth business development, partner sales and/or consultant experienceStrong collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to lead the collaborative process with both the client, business partner and IBM’s sales leadershipExcellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills at all levels of an organization2+ years experience positioning Cloud and Data and AI solutionsDriven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence in everything they doAbility to build and maintain positive business relationships with peers, partners and clientsLanguage: Portuguese & English (additional proficiency in french an advantage)
