Descrição da Vaga: Webcor Group is a diversified organization specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of FMCG & Soft Commodities in Africa. We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to strengthen our team based in Luanda Head Office.
Main Responsibilities:Interpret and implement various HR policies and procedures, monitoring and maintaining consistency of policy implementation across the organization in compliance with Angolan Legislation and HR best practices.Facilitate communication between HR and employees and provide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvementSupport the manager on training and development plans and budget preparationRun recruitment processes in compliance with the Group Talent Acquisition guidelines and prepare the onboarding for new employeesResponsible for all HR and administration processes and liaise with MAPTESS when deemed necessary
Requirements:University Degree in HR Management or related subjects5 years experience as HR generalist or cumulative experience in diversified RH rolesVery good Knowledge of HR processesFluency in EnglishMS Office Proficiency
