Our HR Department in Luanda is now looking for a HR Analyst – Recruiter
What will you be doing?
Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business and HR agenda, including change management and culture development.Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the businessSupport the management teams and management meetings, focusing on:Assessing recruitment needs, recruitment strategy and actively support all recruitment processes.Responsible for all HR life cycle activities, including onboarding and offboardingHandling personnel issues, performance issues, individual development.Advising on policies, procedures, employment law.Supporting managers with absence management, salary reviews, negotiations and exit processes.Working actively with reinforcing company values in behaviour and people management skills.Responsible for ensuring managers and employees buy-in to HR tools and processes, providing feedback on the effectiveness of HR tools and processes, and conducting informal needs assessments to determine current and future needs of clients related to HR tools and processes.Responsible for payroll and salary process activities, ensure tax compliance and provide payslips clarification to employees when require;Responsible to implement and support implementation of systems and procedures defined by Global HR, the HR Manager and Company VP;
We Think You Should Have
General knowledge of Angolan Labor Law (recruitment and work regime, vacations, licenses and Absences, etc.);General knowledge of the instruments and techniques applied in the field of Human Resource Management in the Company;Knowledge of the use of computer applications for the HR sector (data register);Notions of Quality Management System;General knowledge of written communication techniques and preparation of documents.Qualifications at the level of a degree in Human Resources Management.Professional experience between 3 and 5 years in the performance of similar function.Fluent at Portuguese and English;Computer knowledge from a user perspective.
