Execution & Supervision of the onsite Telecom Implementation activities. Trouble shooting, Support & supervision of onsite team to perform I&C according to Nokia specifications & according to Method of Procedure (MoP).Manages clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the Site Acceptance by the Nokia customer. Coordinates and facilitates Telecom Implementation with relevant stakeholdersHandling TI tasksOperates within guidelines.Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Manages clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the Site Acceptance by the Nokia customer.Supervises the execution of the onsite Telecom Implementation activities in liaison with the Roll out Manager & Field Deployment Manager for whole or part of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations, timeline and required quality.Contributes to the development of the roll out plans with the Roll Out Manager & Field Deployment ManagerEnsures that equipment installation & commissioning results are according to the detailed installation & commissioning Method of Procedure (MoP) and/or specifications and that they follow Nokia standards and all local applicable regulationsManages clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the Site Acceptance by the Nokia customerFollows up and reports the work progress related to time schedule and quality to Roll out Manager & Field Deployment Manager and escalates the deviationsFollows up service supplier performance and report to Roll out Manager & Field Deployment ManagerSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Telecom Engineer or equivalent
5-7 years of Experience in telecom field and min of 2 years of experience in Field Engineer
Excellent English language excellent spoken and written
To be accountable, presentable, self-motivated and able to lead teams
