Descrição da Vaga: The Project Management Team Leader is responsible for processing and executing Customers Orders within the ME region, in line with the company business objectives.
The Project Management Team Leader will manage a group of Projects Managers / Engineers to fulfill the supply scope / project plan within set quality standards, lead time and budget while achieving superior customer experience and higher productivity rates.
The Project Management Team Leader will enforce efficient and simplified processes, contribute to continuous improvement, ensure compliance with guidelines, rules & regulations, reduce barriers, control cost, and add value to our customers.
Primary Functions
The PM Team Leader – PDCD will manage the BU Projects Management team to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget, through Eaton Approved PM tools and SAP system. The PM Team Leader – PDCD will take full ownership of financial and contractual project deliverables / reviews of assigned BU ensuring that risk, issue logs and change control mechanism are identified during initiation phase. The PM Team Leader – PDCD will be responsible to define the BU projects plan, set the priority for conflicting project activities, and assign the Project Manager / Engineer. The PM Team Leader – PDCD will Manage international multi-disciplinary projects within assigned BU scope, make sure that the project Engineer / Manager will deliver projects on hand respecting within reasonable tolerance:Time (to project contractual completion date)Cost (man hours, materials and other direct costs)Quality (first time right)Compliance (rules and regulations)Customer satisfaction (Satisfied repeated customer)
Your Key Deliverables Forecast, manage, and lead the execution of Customers Projects/Orders as plannedMonitor scope, time, budget during execution to meet set targets and initiate corrective actions if necessary.Religiously conduct project reviews, presenting recommendations to drive continuous improvement, improve customer experience, identify risks and opportunities, escalateLead, manage, inspire and motivate an assigned multi-disciplinary Project Management Team of 3 to 4 Project Managers / Engineers, according to Eaton Leadership Model requirements and in line with the applicable HR policy. Set up metrics for performance evaluation in co-operation with project owner.Assign and guide the Project Manager / Engineer to:Ensure customer requirements are understood and metAct as a focal point of contact for the customers ensuring their expectations are managed pro-actively and constructively through Eaton PM tool and that the customers are kept informed of the project status throughout the project life cycle.Ensure customers inquiries and Claims are properly addressed and in timely fashionDefine project scope with the respective Project Manager / Engineer at launch, create projects work plans and monitor execution, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Ensure a healthy and sanitized backlog for respective Project Manager / Engineer team as for aged orders, accurate parameters, outstanding shipments / delivery notes…etc.Work closely with PM Leader ME on conflicting priorities, risks, escalations …etc. impacting delivery of committed targets.Manage / oversee / guide relationship between Project Manager / Engineer and various stakeholders (internal / external) below:Commercial Team to ensure customer requirements are understood and metSuppliers and DC’s to ensure delivery is in accordance with plansFinance Team on customer payment and credit issuesGTM to ensure compliance, rules, and regulations are adhered toQuality and Supply Chain and Logistics organization to meet set business objectives and / or improve processes.Ensure timely and correct reporting to managers and parties involved (both internally and externally) in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines and ensure availability, recording and traceability of data.Nurtures a learning organization culture and demonstrates leadership and accountability – no victim mentality.

Qualifications
Required: Bsc. of Business Management or EngineeringMinimum 6 years’ of relevant experience, preferably leading a team.Good Coaching and Leadership skills to engage the teamExcellent Organizational, Communication and Presentation skillsExcellent understanding of EBS, processes, laws, rules and regulations, and QESH standards to the extent applicable.Ability to work in a diverse team and diverse customer baseAbility to forecast, deliver and control BU Profit PlanProficient in:Project Management Software (Primavera, MS projects, PM calculator).SAPMicrosoft office and collaboration applications.English language (v/w).PMP certificate is an asset
