Our Project Department in Luanda is now looking for a Senior Project & Plannig Engineer

What will you be doing?
Responsible for the delivery of cost estimates and schedule to client as part of the work approval processWorking with Hub (Senior Project Engineers / Task Leads / Focal Points) to ensure on time deliveryResponsible for the execution of work in line with the agreed schedule and budgetsAgreement of, and delivery of the Contract KPI’s > 90% (eg. Ensure Gate Readiness is achieved in line with requirements)To be responsible for maintaining plans, schedules and progress reportsTo manage scope costs and ensure that delivery is within the approved budgetTo liaise with the Client Representatives Interface with delivery team on and offshore to ensure delivery is undertaken in line with the approved planIdentification of Risks and propose mitigating solutions and key driver for implementationFacilitate project progress reviews as required, record and distribute minutesFacilitate regular client review meetings as required, record and distribute minutesProvide input to monthly management reportsIdentification of project cost savings to the contract management team Identification of potential cost and growth handback at the end of each project phase to the contract management team
We Think You Should Have
Higher university degree within business, quality or risk management or equivalent experienceStrong EPCI projects background in Oil and Gas sectorStrong knowledge of ISO Standards: ISO 9000 SeriesStrong working knowledge in Oil and Gas IndustryExcellent organizational, communication, IT literacy and report writing skillsCapable of presentation and discussion at Senior Management LevelQualified and experienced Lead AuditorProven problem-solving skills, analytical and systematic working approach Good understanding of customer needs and technologySolid command of the English language, both written and spokenStrong work ethics and proactive attitude
