What You Will Do
Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero to continually improve the plant’s safety, health and environmental performance, security, design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use and ultimate safe disposal of chemical products. Minimum Education And Experience
Bachelor degree required. Fields of Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or Life Sciences (biology, chemistry, etc) preferredHigh computer applications literacy (Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn internal business systems)Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsPrior experiences that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivationWater treatment or specialty chemical industry experience. Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems (if applicable to business group)Specialty chemical industry experience. Working knowledge of Extraction, Upgraders, Refineries, and/or process related systems (if applicable to business group)Well Construction, Stimulation, Reservoir and Drilling FundamentalsWell EconomicsAccount leadership experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goalsGood negotiation and problem resolution skillsStrong work ethic and ability to use own initiative.
